Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Fulltrolley website (fulltrolley.co) or engage Fulltrolley ("we", "us") to design, build or maintain software. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. For each project we also sign a project agreement with you; if the project agreement and these terms differ, the project agreement applies.

1. Using this website

The content on this website is general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not an offer or a contract. You may not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or sending spam through the contact form.

2. Our services

We provide custom software development, including web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, system integrations, deployment and ongoing maintenance. The scope, features, timeline and deliverables of each project are set out in a written proposal or project agreement that both sides agree before work starts.

Work requested outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request. We will tell you how it affects the price and timeline, and carry it out once you approve it.

3. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website, such as the Non-SaaS MVP, SaaS MVP and Maintenance & Support plans, are base estimates. The final price depends on project scope, feature complexity and integration requirements, and is confirmed in your proposal. Estimated build times are a guide and may change with scope, integrations and how quickly feedback and materials are provided.

4. Payment

  • Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are set out in the project agreement.
  • Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
  • We may pause work while a payment is overdue, and the timeline moves accordingly.
  • Maintenance & Support is billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to:

  • give us accurate requirements, content and timely feedback;
  • provide access to the accounts, systems and third-party services the project needs;
  • make sure you have the rights to any content, data, logos or materials you give us;
  • use the delivered software lawfully, including when it handles your customers' personal data.

6. Ownership & intellectual property

Once the project has been paid for in full, you own the custom software we build specifically for you, as described in the project agreement. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and give you a permanent licence to use any of them that form part of your software. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

We do not show your project, screenshots or company name publicly without your written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both sides keep each other's confidential information — such as business processes, customer data, source code and commercial terms — private, and use it only for the project. This continues after the project ends. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Delivery & acceptance

We deliver work in stages and give you the chance to review each one. After a deliverable is handed over, you have the review period stated in the project agreement to report anything that does not match the agreed scope, and we fix those issues at no extra cost. A deliverable is accepted when you approve it, when the review period ends without issues being reported, or when it is put into production use.

9. Maintenance & support

After launch you can subscribe to Maintenance & Support, which covers technical support, bug fixing, system maintenance and minor improvements. New features and major changes are quoted separately. Either side may cancel the subscription with the notice set out in the project agreement.

10. Third-party services

Your software may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, WhatsApp and other APIs. Those services are provided under their own terms and fees, which are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by those providers, but we will help you respond to them.

11. Warranties & liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Apart from what is stated in these terms and the project agreement, the website and our services are provided without other warranties, and no software can be guaranteed to be completely error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

Either side may end a project by written notice if the other side seriously breaches these terms or the project agreement and does not fix it within a reasonable time. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that date, and we hand over that work once payment is received.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Both sides will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith; if that is not possible, it will be handled by the courts of Singapore.

14. Contact us

For questions about these terms, email [email protected]. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
